Our rooms were reasonably large with dim overhead lighting, everything was very good. The location was particularly good and lovely, near all interests.

The place was clean and the staff were accommodating, with a prime location close to popular bars, top cafes, and restaurants, as well as nearby shops.

The service was good, and the pool was clean. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. All the staff was extremely helpful and fantastically friendly, tackled my issues. The hotel was a short walk to good cafes, warungs, and restos, as well as all the best cafes and restaurants.

The hotel was situated down a quiet alley, close enough to walk to the main street and the beach. the room had a laidback vibe and was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful, making up the room every day. There was a restaurant next door that was convenient to have nearby.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired - the bedsheets, mat, and towels were yellow rather than white and the bathroom looked run down.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the center and the beach. It was really convenient to have cafes and bars within a short walking distance. Additionally, the view from our balcony was stunning, with beautiful rice paddies, a lovely pool, and a well-maintained garden. These were definitely the best aspects of our stay during Christmas at this hotel.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the bathroom was quite basic and could definitely use an update.
